What to expect at your Jump and Bounce party:
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: You should arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your start time. We may have another party exiting the jump area prior to your arrival.
Q: When can I set up my decorations?
A: Bring in your decor (NO CONFETTI) & balloons when you arrive. We will store them for you if your party room is not ready and you will be able to set up during the jump time.
Q: What items should I bring?
A: Any party supplies you will need (i.e. plates, napkins, utensils, cake server/knife, ice cream scoop, etc...). We have four 6 ft. long tables in the party room if you would like to bring tablecloths.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Yes! Please keep in mind that you will be jumping for the first 1 hr. 15 min., but you are welcome to order pizza or bring in food that does not require an oven. We have a refrigerator/freezer available.
Q: What happens first? When can we eat/drink?
A: Each party guest will be signed in, given the rules, and then jump for the first part of your party. The last 45 minutes will be in the party room for refreshments and gift opening. *You may purchase an additional 30 minutes in the party room for $25.00.*
Q: What if someone doesn't bring the party jump waiver?
A: We have a copy of our Liability Waiver at the front desk where everyone signs in. A parent or legal guardian must sign in acknowledging the waiver for each child that is in attendance.
Q: What happens if there are more than 15 kids at my party?
A: If you have more than 15 kids, there will be a $6.00 + tax charge for each additional child.
Q: Can adults use the equipment?
A: ADULT USE IS LIMITED! Assistance may be given to smaller children on larger jump pieces--Our equipment is designed for ages 1 to 10 years old.
*Please be sure to have enough adults in attendance to safely monitor the children.*
SOCKS ARE REQUIRED IN OUR FACILITY. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SOCKS, WE HAVE SOME AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK. THANK YOU FOR HELPING US KEEP OUR FACILITY CLEAN!
